The heat is on....

yep, it's hot! Still!! And my methods for keeping cool don't seem to be helping as much today so I was very grateful for a little trip to a local supermarket this morning.  It's not good for the environment but their air-con was blooming wonderful!

It's even too hot for the butterflies in the garden today with very little activity - although to be fair I've spent as little time as possible outside - snapped this crocosmia in the sunshine and have been checking regularly on the bunny who is in a very shady spot, on cool concrete and has extra bowls of water close by but still insists I squeeze the water bottle into his mouth as he's far too special to do it himself!!
