The hottest day yet, our high was 30C but other places, particularly down south, had it hotter and broke records.   And Paris had 42C, the hottest they have ever had.

On the farm road there were some escapees, and it took seven men to drive them back to their field..... they were very skittish, I wonder if they were too hot...… we just sat in the car and waited till they passed us.

Had a superb milk shake at our Italian café, the best ever, just the job for such a warm day...….
