No, I didn’t make the picture, but I suppose I had a hand in making the grandson, if you count learning the names of all the dinosaurs and all the functions of various trucks and big rigs. Which I’ve mercifully forgotten. If you count the trips to the library and the park, the bike rides and the throwing of balls. The library didn’t really stick; not that he’s lacking in brain power— he just always wanted to be outside, running and catching things. When I watch these interviews I am dumbfounded. This shy little boy just quietly and steadfastly pursued his dream, and now we watch him on television. So: Go Bears!!
