Bird by the river

First time for weeks it's been dry enough to walk into town along the river. As usual the birds were perching on the fence waiting for a chance to catch their dinner. Couldn't get closer with iPhone!

Both daughter and I have new hair dos now for 2013. Shame we got wet on way home and mine went curly....
