Demolition

I had a meeting in Preston this afternoon. Having read about plans to demolish the bus station, I thought I'd better go and get a couple of shots before it's gone for good.

I know it divides opinion, but so did many buildings when they were first opened. A lot of people hated the Liver Building at first - that seems like an unthinkable heresy now. It's a pity the economic argument for keeping it doesn't appear to stack up. It would be very interesting to hear people's views on it once it had been around for 100 years.
