I play Flag Football (non contact American football) for the Steel City Knights which I was a co founder back in 2010. We are about to enter the UK Flag league for the second time this year and with all my body doubts of yesterday it was nice to be out there working hard this morning with the guys.

I Really enjoyed taking a few snaps and portraits of the guys this morning. I saved the portraits for facebook but I was very pleased with the timing of this shot.
