Tart

Bought a new tin today - a tart tin, first time I've owned one of these. I remembered some sage advice I was once given on buying tart tins - that all tarts need a loose bottom!

Poached some pears with some cinnamon, star anise and peppercorns before assembling my pear and almond tart. Consensus from the man and boy child was that it was ace - and they'd like me to make it again. Perfect for pudding after our beans on toast!
