Three dolls for the flight home

Today the Sydney based part of the family are leaving to go home; about now, as I post this. After sorting things here, S and I joined tsuken and family for lunch in Warkworth before driving south to Auckland, and (after a pause at the apartment) then to the airport.

Mrs tsuken is very efficient, and had checked them all in on line this morning so all they had to do was put the baggage through, which took them no longer than it took S and me to park the cars and get back to the terminal.

Yet another coffee as we said our goodbyes. S needed it after a night of disrupted sleep. Mr H has brought his small cat here for their stay, and he yowled most of the night, and especially from about 4:30 on. I slept through it all, as did the boys. Daughter C and S were not so fortunate.

Mstr 5 carried a significant number of cars in his back pack, whereas Miss 7 was being accompanied by these three dolls; Barbie, Spiderman and Mary-Jane. Shortly after I took this photograph, she had all three doing push ups; Barbie had the best form i.e. the straightest back.

We are going to miss them, and it was a sad farewell before we drove separately back to Snells, where daughter J has prepared a wonderful meal which I will now go and enjoy. Young L has been a super helper in setting the table.
