Norfolk

We had a nostalgic trip on the North Norfolk Railway, travelling at a very leisurely pace from Sheringham to Holt and back. It is run by volunteers, and takes the trip several times a day. The carriages are authentic and are in a good state of repair. Lovely memories! The stations are well furnished too ( see extras)
Train trip over, we got back in the car and pottered west along the coast, ending up at Blakeney Quay, a harbour at the head of a tidal creek. (See extras) We had a good lunch, and I enjoyed the craft shops.
I am constantly amazed at the wonderful Norfolk skies - another extra.
