Kestral

Very tired today. I suspect it is the shed load of meds kicking in. 
After lunch we went to Bushy Park and was lucky enough to see the Kestral hunting . He was hovering right above me than dived.

When we got home there was a message for me from the hospital. I have my assessment monday and angiogram on th 10th October. Feel things are moving forward
