Dislocation

Sis and I headed up to Nelson today to do a few chores before heading away for a few days. The weather as we left Murch was miserable but it improved as we headed north. Nelson,of course was sunny :-) but VERY windy. After doing half our jobs we headed down to the back end of Tahuna to try and catch some kite surfers. There were a few about so wasn't too difficult although getting the right lens was a challenge!

In the end I chose this shot for two reasons - the kite surfer airborne (totally) and the fact that you can't see the peoples feet in the right of the picture because it was whipping up a decent sandstorm (hence not risking changing my lens!)
