Ornamental Tree

After swimming this morning I passed this ornamental tree. It looked so pretty I took a picture but I have no idea what it is.

I forgot to take a picture yesterday as I was washing shopping and trying to come to terms with the cold weather. I had the heating on and wore my winter coat. It’s a bit warmer today but still chilly.
