My wife says: "I like this, but I don't know why."

We are still waiting for Spring. Daily temperatures in the mid 40s F certainly help. It was only 29 degrees F this morning, however.

It is not yet very pretty here at Westchester Lagoon. During the Summer this is a great place to walk around the lagoon and onto the Coastal Trail. Anchorage is blessed with many connecting walking and bicycling trails. We went for a short walk here around the mud and not quite yet melted snow piles.

If you look closely at the high resolution satellite images on Google Maps you can see these benches along the trail.
