The Wild Coast

Heading towards Port Elizabeth and cruising down the coast road. Nowhere seemed busy. The beach at Kenton on Sea was deserted, but the strong wind whipping the sand up to exfoliating speeds might have had something o do with it. The busy season starts next month and extends through to the start of the following year as East London and Port Elizabeth use the coastal resorts for holidays and corporate breaks. Our two room apartment in Colchester cost £42 for the four of us overnight but then we didn't go for the breakfast or the towels... A booking oversight or Scottish frugality?
