Looking for an angle....

Ran a workshop for Pro Vice Chancellors today with an excellent colleague. I'm not sure what the evaluation will say, but one of the things that I've taken away from the delegates is that no matter how far up the food chain you are, you still need to find an angle to get people to get through change.
