Obsessions

Football! How overdue is that. Of course, with the Hertz languishing near the bottom of the league and without a league win at home since March, and the Teddy Bears currently the on-form team, I was expecting us to be well thrashed. But hurrah, we deservedly got a point in a 1-1 draw (superb finish by Meshino), to err, climb to third bottom, but more importantly above Hibs (OK, on goal difference). And if the goal difference was the same we’d still be ahead in alphabetical order. And even if they changed their name to Hearts (unlikely, admittedly) we’d still be above them as we were formed in 1874 and they didn’t come along until a year later. In fact when the league was formed in 1890 did you know that Hibs weren’t there? 
Where was I? Oh yes, at the game. And AJ had to dive off with ten minutes still to go to get on that London train. Lord Dunlop had decided on an early start on Monday y’see and oor man will be screivin for him.
