Gorse on Mill Moor

The first time I’ve walked up for a while as I’ve been exploring the fungi in Ayton Wood, which is very close.  Such a lovely day to be out, but very wet and squelchy under foot (and splashed on my trouser legs)!  I did find some fungi on the way up, more blewits and deceivers + other things I can’t identify, but the wood itself was very disappointing - oh I did see Amethyst Deceivers under one tree.  I thought I ought to choose an image that shows blue sky today and the yellow gorse provides a good contrast.
