Peregrine

A peregrine falcon leaves its perch at the very top of St Matthew's Church. Somewhere in Perth a pigeon is about to have a very bad day.

This is a crop at the limit of my telephoto lens. I wouldn't have seen the bird at all; I was taking a picture of something else and a McEwen's van driver pointed it out to me.
