Peak blossom

Blossoms on the Crab Apple tree are at their peak. Blip done.

My own patch of lawn is enough to look after. I ignore the council's grass verge matching their zero effort.

Last week the dianellas at the front of the left side of the driveway were removed. In their place I have a zing of lime green euphorbias and a rare NZ native that escapes my memory.

The dianellas on the right side remain. They're the ones that look like scrappy flax. But for a thunderstorm they'd be gone too. Another day....

All in good time I'll blip the new plants on the front left. It's been another hot day and another evening watering the garden.

Today's gratitude: For the cross breeze cooling my bedroom this evening.
