Only one Murrayfield

Wandering past here today on a circular stroll over to visit the fishmonger in Gorgie Road. As I took some pics of the exterior the gatekeeper came out and encouraged us to wander in and take a look. Preparations were ongoing for the Edinburgh vs Munster match tomorrow.

It will soon be time for the six nations championships. Our cottage was booked for the weekend of the Welsh match almost 2 years ago, just after the last time the Welsh were here. Their supporters really like the trip to Scotland.

Ham and haddie for tea. Muffins, topped with smoked bacon medallions, then smoked haddock, poached egg and a parsley sauce. Ooh, it was tasty!
