Oban Winter Festival

Oban Winter Festival opened last night and today there were several events in the town, including four craft/food fairs, an art exhibition and the opening of the Northern Lighthouse Board pier and their ship, Pole Star. We 'did' them all!

Both daughters were with us today and we all enjoyed our inspection of the ship, looking at the exhibits, visiting the bridge and taking to the crew. Not such a bright day today - the early frost thawed and the day stayed damp and rather cold.
