Paper

I took today's inspiration from the challenges part of the forum.

This is what I'm making at the moment, with paper. It's a method called paper piecing, by which you wrap little bits of fabric around little bits of paper (to define the shape) then stitch them together to end up with a bigger piece of patchwork.

I've no idea what I'm doing with the patchwork afterwards. I just really like working with pretty fabrics and it's something to keep my hands busy when the wee man is in bed.
