when programmers go bad

This error message appeared on Tim's computer today when he tried to cancel an order. In case it is too small to read:

Order DES02505/0 has been received and cannot be cancelled. Receipts must be cancelled before you can cancel

Note that there is a more button. Tim clicked on it and it said:
