Smooth Operator

First prototype of door set installed. Frame standards are made from single pieces of timber using a few traditional tools, and power ones. 44mm heavyduty fire door hung and recessed into frame. Very happy with proportions and integrity. Prototype door plywood to be finished, but remainder on order will be pre primed MDF for a smooth flush finish.
