Advent

This morning, the south road to the village shut again for the day. Cue me being late for church.

Today is the second Sunday in Advent - the day of John the Baptist. I wanted to show the advent candles with the cross dimly in the background, to show the journey from Advent through to Easter.

My youngest has friends coming round this afternoon - so I'll need to disappear off and tidy up a bit. Or at least, remove my bits from the living room. They are a good bunch. They come round, watch a film, eat snacks and then go.
