~A Cloudless Sky~

~Sunset Over Saguaro Ridge~

Not a cloud in the sky, again, so I thought I had better try something. I remembered that as the sun continues it trek northward, in anticipation of spring and summer, the setting sun will line up with some interesting ridge line features including saguaro cactus. This view is about 4 or 5 miles away, so click below on the large view for more detail.

It's quite a chore to do a bit of color enhancement without getting that annoying banding effect. Shooting in the raw format helps eliminate it, at least it lessens the banding results. So here is my cloudless sunset!
