Zoe (daughter) has been in contact from her southeast asia holiday to say she has had a bad burn a couple of days ago. Time on the phone with insurance companies and so on to make sure she can get to a doctor.

That's all happened now and everything is fine.

It's always worse when they are distant, isn't it?
