Junco ~ Front & Back

This is a dark-eyed junco - one of our winter birds - in this case I think a male as it's my understanding that the males are darker than the females. But there's an enormous amount of variation in the color amongst juncos - so really I can't swear to its sex. I thought since I had a shot of the back as well of the front (same bird) this collage would serve to illustrate the whole bird.
