Morning Magic

A four mile morning run before the rest of the world woke up.

The sense of freedom and wonder when you power on new snow that no one else has trodden is awesome.

I saw this in the park and it's an automatic smile inducer, as were the trees in the woods , stretching towards each other, joined by ice and snow, as were the squirrels running around, as was the crisp fresh air that you could feel coursing through your lungs and veins and injecting you with the hope of a new day.

The combined pleasure of nature , gorgeous views,the freedom of being alone with my thoughts, my heart beat and my imagination is an unbeatable way to start the day.
