PAULE, LUCKY AND BEAUTY

the horses in the field of the Eisenbahnerheim. It had been so very long ago that we had walked there and in the summertime they dwell elsewhere anyway.
The weather almost sunny and a walk attractive we thought. It was.
When we reached the high stone wall around the field we at first did not see them, but look they were at the end of it and came running towards us.
How stupid of us not to bring carrots, Paule even sniffed for them in my rucksack.
We will go back soon of course. The horses are very different in size, colour and character, it is always so nice to see them together.

My haiku:

And they drink the snow
And stamp on the ice to reach
The water beneath

And the proverb from the never ending book:

Take care of the minutes and the hours will take care of themselves.
