Back Blip from Akaroa

I had a relaxing day and did some reading and watering of the garden.

I found the shapes of this Everlasting Onion so interesting. My neighbour next door gave me some when I first moved into my place at Akaroa. They form these wonderful little onions which you can eat and also plant back into the garden.
