Red Indians next door??

I don't suppose I should call them Indians as they prefer to be called "First Nation" these days. This appeared this morning in a neighbours garden...good job they didn't erect it yesterday.

I never had the chance of getting online yesterday so have back blipped my entry.....dont panic
