I'm tired and it's cold

To try and kill two birds with one stone (me getting some marathon training in and getting the kids out for some fresh air before 3 in the afternoon) I ran 14 miles around town and then out to Attingham Park where I met the others for -a very much needed- lunch and a stroll around.

It was actually quite a nice stroll even if Owen was a bit tired out and eventually fell asleep back in his pushchair. Nice too to bump into James who I used to work with and have a quick catch up.
