Flickering Like Green Flames

I went to a studio session with the camera club this evening - well outside my comfort zone. I've only tried this once before and that was several years ago! Two five minute sessions each. I spent most of my time getting the model to flick her hair for me - great fun for me but probably quite tiring for her!
