Blanche at the head of the morning train from Hafod-y-Lyn to Porthmadog

Before the daily service begins, trains are running the Welsh Highland Railway between Porthmadog and Hafod-y-Lyn, where the Afon Glaslyn comes out of the Aberglaslyn Pass. Before The Cob was built in the early 1800s, the tide from Cardigan Bay could get this far inland.
