New favourite

He took a while to warm to his Christmas present and now this 'mouse thing' (a technical term) is a favourite.

It's got something inside it that rattles, texture, fur, and feather. It's a perfect shape and size for a cat to carry in it's mouth.

I find it in odd places, often with shoes or left in my bedroom. Sometimes I hear it receiving attention at night, then the sound of 4 small feet moving at speed, and a soft thunk and rattle as he drops it somewhere.

Ohhh, it's a bit cool out this evening.
