Snakes head fritillary

This afternoon I've been doing some gardening, I'm way behind with it.  I planted the new plants bought yesterday including this snakes head fritillary. It was not a good idea to try to photograph it on a windy day but it was easier to shoot it before putting it in the ground.

It's International Women's Day today but I didn't have a suitable photo for it.  It's good to have a day when we celebrate the achievements of inspirational women.

I've also backblipped my find from yesterday.
