What a gorgeous morning.
Lovely swim, chat with A.
A big tidy up, when I'm busy at work I neglect the flat and then I feel bad so a big tidy up was due. Felt better.
A quick visit to see a friend who's had her tonsils out, beans on toast, the rugby at the pub.
Good result for Scotland.
