Risotto Monday

Well, here I am on the sofa... no pics taken today because work tends to swallow me up on Mondays, and when I leave, I still have to run errands in town.

Supper is risotto. I don't automatically put cheese in it any more, but I do fry the veg in butter, and use white wine.

Kim has got back to Germany OK. Lockdown for people with a cough or cold seems to be looming as a possibility within the UK. Not immediately, thank goodness.
