Tethered bike at 10:00 p.m. in headlights

Though this pic is technically deficient (hand-held long exposure), it is today's blip because I like the shadow (from the street lamp) and the car coming up from the left, changing the color of the light. Also, this poor bicycle sits locked to the street sign night after night, like a patient dog.
