Only photo taken all day , it'll do, it's red, red's my favourite colour, red's good apart from rubbish stuff that's red like beetroot ( I think you will find they are pink), radishes ( see previous brackets), blood and Man United ( apparently, I don't know or care enough).

It's all good , photo taken on my 24th consecutive run and am feeling that January's goals were well worth setting even if it did mean that I had to compromise my David Baileyness a bit.....
