ICEd

This is an example of a very common anti-social activity. I went to use the electric vehicle charging point at my local Tesco, only to discover that someone had parked their petrol car in that space, effectively blocking it for real EV drivers who want to charge their car. This, in a half-empty car park! This practice is called, amongst the EV community, ICE-ing (Internal Combustion Engine). Thanks Mr thoughtless, anti-social Volvo driver.
