I've been wanting to blip this fungi for a while now.  I believe it might be Birch Bracket Fungi.  There's hundreds of birch trees on the local moss nature reserve and some of them are in water which is where I saw this bracket fungi.  

Heard yesterday that our green bin collections have been postponed for three months at least ... so no pressure to try and fill them.
