A light in the darkness

On our first day of proper Covid 19 lockdown we left our one permitted exercise session till this evening and walked to the shops. Everywhere was eerily quiet with the streets and shops deserted - we didn’t find the sugar we wanted but there was plenty veg.

Like all churches St John’s is closed but as we walked past it was good to see it was still illuminated.
