Happy

Easter Sunday.
We had a proper lazy day. No one was around when I went down at 11am!
I made tea, warmed up a couple of chocolate brioche and took my book outside to read in the sun. It was boiling!
Miss L appeared and had a mad half hour on the trampoline and then hula hooping (badly!!)
Eventually Mr K appeared and brought the other fishing chair out to lounge about in the sun too!
The Little Misses were off playing Talisman. They’ve discovered that you can play it online as well as the physical board game. And it’s multiplayer so Mr K joined them for the afternoon while lounging next to me.
The garden was gorgeous - we don’t go out there as much as we should and have added it to the list of things to do when this is all over - go in the garden more!!
At 5pm Mr K and I hid all the Easter eggs in the garden and the Little Misses enjoyed looking for them. They kept finding each other’s rather than their own but managed to keep it secret, unlike when they were younger.
At one point Miss L was stood staring at a pile of pebbles with one of her eggs in it and still didn’t see it. So funny!
When they eventually found them all they got their big eggs as a reward. Oreo for Miss E, chocolate orange for Miss L.
Then having done nothing all day apart from reading my book in the sun I decided to leap into action and spent an hour weeding, tidying, repotting and watering.
Then it was pulled pork for dinner and more Designated Survivor,
