A very late start to the day after a disturbed night - MrM was up twice with raging toothache, and the second time woke me too. Sleep was elusive after that, my mind full of 'what ifs'. MrM, however, came back to bed and went to sleep, toothache or no!

When we finally emerged and got going, the first task of the day was saving a tired-looking bumble bee walking along the living room floor. Revived with sugar water, we put it on a plant in the courtyard and, eventually, it flew off.

After that, an ordinary sort of day - MrM did a bit more work on the hall, and I tweaked the Sainsbury's order that we're due to pick up tomorrow, before sorting out some admin.

'Life of Brian' on Netflix this evening. Trying to 'look on the bright side', but never before has it seemed so difficult...
