Lockdown Day 27 - Greater Stitchwort

A much better day's weather, though a bit on the chilly side.  I had a plan to walk more than 4.8 miles and so pass the half way distance on my walk 1000 miles challenge.

Walking the same paths you see how nature progresses through the season and it was lovely to come across drifts of these greater stitchworts (Stellaria holostea) while out.  They, along with bluebells and wild garlic were continual companions while walking in the wooded sections today.  In the end I competed 7.9 miles in just over two hours.

The afternoon was partly taken up by fitting some panel backing to the sink area of the garage, something I'd neglected to do despite having the sink fitted some time ago.

Day Miles: 7.9 miles Total miles: 503.1 miles
