For the Love of Running.

A lovely person sent me a book recently: Running Like a Girl, which a colleague had mentioned but I hadn’t yet acquired.

In the prologue the author states that running is: “an honour, a privilege, a gift”.

On my Sunday run around the lake, I knew exactly what she meant.
