Well today, I went on The Great British Bake Off....at Humble Pie Cook School!! I got a voucher for a course from the gorgeous G for my birthday in November. I love cooking and I want to improve my baking to this course seemed like the perfect one!

Well what a fun day we had! We made lemon meringue pies, a white loaf and this......Gateau St Honore! It's made of a layer of puff pastry topped with a layer of choux pastry, wee profiteroles, chantilly cream and strawberries - and it tastes DELICIOUS!!!
