Post Cyclone (Will I or Wont I)

This fellow not to sure whether he should go in or not, heavy seas post the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Oswald off Newcastle Beach. All beaches closed due to heavy swells, I have seen it much bigger. May be best seen in LARGE
